Director and strategic advisor with 15 years of experience, Jane Aslanidis has held senior roles across the United Nations system, Boston Consulting Group, and major public-private initiatives, giving her a deep understanding of how institutions evolve under pressure.
Jane is known for her strategic clarity, rigorous analysis, and the ability to mobilise diverse stakeholders around shared outcomes. Turning major transitions – AI, climate, and governance reform – into practical strategies that strengthen organisational resilience and public value.
As one of the Glorious 42, she provides expertise to advance business case development, innovative business models, and the economic value of design across Europe. Jane is recognised for her discretion, cross-cultural fluency, and effectiveness in high-trust, high-accountability environments.
With strong ties in Europe and beyond, she advises governments, philanthropic institutions, and global organisations on innovation, capital, and institutional strategy.

What or who influenced you during your professional career?
Leaders who showed that integrity, collaboration, and public responsibility only create lasting impact when balanced with care. I learned how to achieve that balance consistently and responsibly.

Building a new venture from the ground up taught me the value of rigorous testing and iterative learning from the start. Progress came from refining ideas through evidence, collaboration, and reflection – strengthening resilience and the quality of outcomes.
